- All stone wax melt warmers are individually hand made, due to this there may be slight uneven surfaces or minor blemishes. This does not effect functionality of the wax melt warmer and is due to the production of individually made products.
- Care for your wax warmer: To remove dirt and dust, apply a damp cloth with very light pressure only if needed. Avoid using cleaning detergents but if this is required for marks please ensure only non abrasive cleaners are used.
- Always use great care when placing the wax warmer onto delicate surfaces. When moving your wax warmer, lift the product and do not pull or push them. This will avoid scratching delicate surfaces. Use coasters or trays underneath where possible.
